+The Dutch Championship is part of the official Nintendo European Championship tournament to crown the best team in Europe. The tournament took place as a LAN tournament at the [Dutch Comic Con](https://www.dutchcomiccon.com/) on the 24th of June 2023. There were four qualifiers and an online semi-final for it.
+
+1st Qualifier: (17th of May 2023)
+The winners of the first qualifier were the team Hollandtis. With their members [rednaeL](https://sendou.ink/u/146996491729240064), [Ferrari](https://sendou.ink/u/ferrari), [Brian](https://sendou.ink/u/brian) and [Sloshy](https://sendou.ink/u/sloshy), they moved to the semi-finals as the favorites to take the tournament.

+2nd Qualifier: (20th of May 2023)
+In cooperation with [Dapple Productions](https://dapple.ink/), this qualifier was streamed on Twitch. The teams could show their skills in the game and in the end, Gemakkelijke Slag took the win. [Yoshid](https://sendou.ink/u/yoshid), [Sakeo](https://sendou.ink/u/sakeo), Miyn and [Lucyfer](https://sendou.ink/u/lucyfer) proved themselves to be a solid pickup for this tournament.

+3rd Qualifier: (21st of May 2023)
+[Dapple Productions](https://dapple.ink/) continued their streaming to show the world the talented Dutch competition. De Dappere Dodo's took the win this day. Mizu, Shinxed, Jodek and [ArtCase](https://sendou.ink/u/artcase) proved themselves worthy to play in the semi-finals.

+4th Qualifier: (24th of May 2023)
+The last tournament brought forth the last team to advance to the semi-finals: Fax Traud. Hero, Riolu, [TNTBlowzUp](https://sendou.ink/u/tntblowzup) and [NomNom](https://sendou.ink/u/756026266762870884) took the last chance and qualified.

+The online semi-final matches took place on the 28th of May. The two winning teams were Hollandtis and Gemakkelijke Slag. Their match would be decided at the Dutch Comic Con on the 24th of June.

+The Dutch Comic Con came and the final match was on the horizon. The tournament was even commentated by the community-known caster [Hat](https://twitter.com/CasterHat)!
