Fix power issue on Wemos D1 mini pro #2

Currently it fixed by feeding module with 3V3 bus, but test bench Wemos D1 worked on 5V without any issues.
Need to figure out why so.

I don't have a spectrum analyzer at my home to test this theory, nor do I have a Wemos, but I do see something on the block diagram. A1 pin should be tied down to ground, and I'd put some rf insulation tape covering ground, rx, tx. You'd be surprised at how little power it takes to create interference.
What are the trace logs saying with the 5v usage?
