/registeruser <username> <user> Will be a new command that can only be ran by bot admins (currently just me) or verified guild owners.

Guild Owners will have to message a bot admin to get verified, then they will be able to register any of their guild members.

Once a Discord account has been registered to a user, they will no longer need a matching username/nickname to be verified and nobody else will be able to verify as them.
