Socioeconomics
Although the world has united two major companies called networks have monopolized the world making them the new world order meaning they make the rules and if you dont live by them you are excommunicated[1] no longer allowed to work or buy from said network. Even though it is decentralized these two companies manged to gain control of the world by owning all of these decentralized companies that also have its own economy[2}.
These two companies have become so big to the point in which they aren't just a duopoly but have become powerful enough to rule over people like pseudo-governments[3][11]. As they are fully ingrained into everyones life as the serve as their customers, suppliers, investees and employees[4].
Every network is headed by a Chief and has a board of advisors that were former and retired Cheif of the network their primary job is to help guide and develop new presidents. They also give them advice and vote on ideas but in the end the final decision is made by the Chief. Once you become a board member you can never again become the Chief. All elder council members are apart of both NRA and their respective networks they are all over 200 they are the ones that established the current society. They is a secret government is only the head of hubs know about it. Everyone else thinks they are a group of freelancers
BluNet and ReNet had been competing with each other before they were even monopolies. Them became who they are today is as a result of their competitiveness combined with the fall of the old world order. with the collapse, people need someone to lead them that leadership came in the form of hundreds of corporations. Each company competed to be the ones on top. Eventually, it dwindled to just two as all the other corporation either went bankrupt or was but be ReNet and BluNet. If was not for the intense rivalry between these two companies it may have only been one dominating corporation.
Having no borders ReNet and BluNet are more like political parties than countries in terms of the way people interact with them. Some people are loyal to either ReNet or BluNet while others are completely impartial.
The vice president is always the spouse or sibling of the chief and takes over if something happens to the chief.
Citizens freelance their services on the net. Along with everyone being a freelancer. All products are open source but sponsored by a subnet/Hub. ReNet and BluNet both have different rules for keeping an Ubi and maybe even each hub. To be Ubi eligible People must be learning in some form or contribute to something even if it is a comment/review, donation or upvote, at least once a year or working on their own on project. They can apply for a project sponsor in hopes of getting sponsored and the best will get paid based on weekly contribution points. Education is free and decentralized but they must choose education under a hub based on their color type for a career that fits them. The skills can then be used to earn money as a top contributor.
The company can select the best content and pay that freelancer a bonus for that month/week. Companies like to use freelancers/agencies so that they can shift the blame to them instead to help hide the truth from the public. People use avatars to interact with other hubs that materialize and is controlled
They can choose although they don’t have as their CSD will auto select hubs based on earning potential for the citizen. The subnet/hub they choose provides everyone with basic income ― thanks to the CNS in which each person income is also based on how much the network they are contracted with on a whole makes, this incentives people to work when they are not making enough money and ensures that when all jobs needed are filled those that can’t find one gets enough income to survive. Necessities in which they are given money for living essentials including security (cyber police) and housing is not and if they blow their money and can't afford rent they lose their income security and privacy. They have nothing but a CSD mainly so they can be monitored.
Everything is based on a freemium and patreon model where if someone wants the better version they can get premium subscriptions or buy the items.
Whenever someone has an idea for a product they pick and pay a one time initial gem offering (transferring part of that citizens CSD gems) to a cybervator. The fresher the cybervator/cyber.beast the cheaper it is but this also means the company will worth less. It then becomes the job of the cybervator to endorse the sponsor for customers and freelancers. The same way a producer would do for a movie.
People can switch subnets at any time by trading or selling their stock in the subnets satellite. This usually happens when a satellite changes owners or sometimes I'll be it rarely a cybervator changes teams/networks
The benefits for subnets sponsoring people is that they(other freelancers/entrepreneurs) teach the prospective freelancers and entrepreneurs the skills they need to contribute and provide a safety net enabling to work at their best own whatever they want. Getting a portion 5-30% of the freelancer/entrepreneurs/gig worker profit if they make money as a fee for using the subnet. Therefore cybervator invest in citizens as they invest in them
BluNet and ReNet donate 20% of their income to their fans. The more money networks make the more fans will make. This encourages people to work for them and instead of investing all of their time and effort in the CNS
Everyone else is taxed 10% but can choose what their money goes towards such as basic health care or the basic income.
The majority of a UBI is funded by people who are encouraged to donate by creating a stock market for cybervators(or cybervator cyber.beast).
Each season fans buy token of a chosen cybervator/team. The tokens can be used for memorabilia/endorsements or traded during the season. The better the cybervator/team the higher the price of the tokens which can go up and down during the season based on performance.
Cybervators can keep up to 50% of the money given to them through the CNS but they can take less if they want. The rest of the money is distributed amongst their fans
The company can select the best content and pay that freelancer a bonus for that month/week. People use avatars to interact with other hubs that materialize and is controlled
Living in a borderless world does not mean that everyone lives by one set of laws. Instead, every person lives by the set of rules for whatever Subnet they are affiliated with which they can change anytime. This means each person lives by the different laws of that Subnet and the CSD will inform other of them.
Thanks to teleportation they are afforded the protection of that Subnet. Breaking the rules depending on severity will trigger intervention by Cybervators who can teleport to the scene.
Everyone within the same Subnet is responsible for watching each other as people based on the teams/cybervators they are a fan of. Though everyone is all ways under surveillance it is mostly by Ai and some times by other humans or Cybervators
Everyone's CSD is also their own personal police droid being able to stun a person and if needed teleport a Cybervator to the scene. The CSD also lets cybervators monitor the citizens. There are 4 threat levels monitored by the CSD green(safe) yellow(possible threat) orange(probable threat) red(certain threat) once threat level reaches red a cybervator is teleported to the scene within seconds.
There is no judge or jury and instead handled by AI[11]
Punishment from breaking certain rules can mean house arrest or jail time for the most severe crimes. Some punishment include fines or increased taxation. Losing employment privileges and even losing the right to use things like items you rented or access to transportation like the train cart/railway of the network whose rules were broken[5][6]. If a person raise too many orange and yellow flags they can lose access from that subnet and some times that entire network and use of its currencies. People are basically excommunicated and lose privileges and must find another network or form one with "better rules". People don't lose their ubi but can lose the right to what to spend it on. They are also banned/suspended from competing in the CNS in any fashion
When a person commits a crime their brain is evaluated for abnormalities. If they are normal they are placed solitary confinement for up to a week depending on the severity of the crime. The CSD loses most functionality and becomes nothing more than a monitoring unit. This allows criminals to have time to sit alone with their thoughts. After of which they are placed in a rehabilitation system and are slowly reintegrated into society. Starting with phone calls than visitations than house arrest. the process only last as long as it takes the person this means everyone will improve at different rates. It is cheap as Ai is responsible for alot of the increased survalince and even some of the rehab. Cybervators will watch the offender more than ussually as they paid for watching the offender.
Rehabilitation for repeat offenders includes making a person disgusted by the thought of a crime they are considered susceptible to.
In the past, criminals were forced to mine the moon or fight for their freedom if they are Cybervators. They work for the very companies that fund the prison system. They fight and mine for what turns out to be a secret corporate war.
After serving in said war a Cybervator's tail was removed this prevented them from being able to use Cyber.Beast. It also prevented the Cybervator from exposing the secret war to the public.
In the post-war age, tails are still removed from Cybervators but this is reserved for the most egregious of crimes. This is because removing someone's tail erases their memory. Otherwise a Cybervators right to use a Cyber.Beast is removed instead.
Execution of tail removal is carried out by a guillotine-like machine
Once someone is criminally prosecuted of any crime they digitally branded until they are proven innocent or until their sentencing has ended. This serves as a warning to anyone that person interacts with that they a criminal. It also deters others from committing a crime. They are placed in a database by which CSDs can read the exact crime commited and when as time passes less of the crime is revealed. When the are first let back it society this is one of the things that they must deal with. This cause them to be osctrisised as most don't want to associate with a criminal
People's fear of Eclipse and/or the Cyvolters is what made citizens more will to accept the survalince system that was put in place. Eclipse Killing people prompts the NRSA to monitor everyone rather they are in their house or in public. surveillance systems do not work during eclipses. Those who are deemed to be siding with the Cyvolters in any way will risk losing the right to be protected.
All Red and Blue people are considered Cybervators. Their population is limited not because of population control but because of elitism. Since the way, their reproduction functions they limited to 2 children limiting the population of cybervator can grow. This is made worse by the fact that people are rarely pared outside of their race and that interracial marriage(appropriation) is discouraged. Only when the population of Red and Blue people declines will they allow the children of citizens to appropriate their genes.
When a Cybervator comes of age they choose a hub that will allow them to rent a cyber.beast. If their family owns a satellite they are given them co-ownership their first satellite. Cybervators use Cyber.Beast through a process called synergization. This gives them extraordinary abilities unique to each cyber.beast.
The NRSA requires Cybervators to become the personal Cybervator of their fans that paid for them. With the help of AI, they become responsible for monitoring and protecting their fans. This makes citizens feel more comfortable being monitored as they can choose who watches and feel like they are being protected rather than watched. They also get to follow their favorite Cybervator throughout the day.
mates/partners are determined by see if sparks(static shocks) literally fly between the two people and they usually have complementary/compatible elements As marriage is arranged it is done to unite subnets and insure genetic variation between color-types, children can have two or more parents who are paired based on gene compatibility[7]. This is determined by computers to predict the best outcome of genes and subnet potential
The surname comes from the family that has the most wealth at the inception of their marriage.
each mother will always have twins and can only have kids once. women taste a mans DNA when kissing so when a says a man a good kisser its actually their DNA they like [8], [9], [10].
Women have children by kissing a man or women and biting their tongue sucking their blood and saliva acts as pollen she can bit multiple tongues increasing the child genetic fitness. After some time she then loses her breast in which two children sometimes more if identical hatch from the seed. When the breast fall off they grow new breast. This allow them to breast feed the newborn who can't photosynthesis yet.
Since kissing produces babies for cyber universe human holding hands is akin to kissing.
Cybervators are not necessarily permanently affiliated with a network but rather they sign contracts with subnets they want to work for. Although many are loyal due to family ties if a family owns a subnet in that network. Subnets are family owned and can merge through marriage and becomes a new company when the child takes over. If the marriage if with the other network the child gets to choose which to affiliate with. These subnets are semi permanently affiliated with a network and have collection of satellites which basically a subsidiary company. They then give their children satellites
