Can the /back command add a function to set it to return to the previous place of death?

I believe the /back command should also include the place of last death in location history.
Though let me know if it isn't.

If you climb the ladder, he will make you go to the ladder instead of where you died before

That likely indicates that getting on a ladder teleports the player. This will be something I'll likely want to look into, but I cannot provide a time-frame or promise of a fix.
