Substratum 1021 and Lite With KernelSU Support

This is the initial and final version that supports KernelSU. Please use it as your own risk.

The Substratum (not the lite one) is build from the source, but the lite one is a DCRC stuff.

Because of substratum lite is close-sourced software (I don't find its source code, if you find, please tell me) but some themes ONLY compatible with Substratum Lite.

So I did one of the most disgusting and nasty things in the world: do dcrc on a close-sourced software, like a script kiddie.

I have to apologize to Prjkt.io here, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have reversed your closed source software without permission.

However, I needed to get substratum working on KernelSU, and this is what I had to do. It's not difficult thing, I don't understand why there is nobody do it, nobody make a pull request and the project like "public archived" but the dev still not archive it.

Substratum is wonderful, so it's time for you all to enjoy it, not only on Magisk, but also on KernelSU now.
