Currently, the definitions of serial ports in cooling.yaml are not used. Instead, the code relies on hardcoded definition of port (see here). For a proper use, this should be fixed.
Also check that ports chosen for Bronkhorst or arduino can be arbitrarily switched.

Maybe connected to #7 ?
