Another working version

This version works but it needs more of the setup moving the loop() function that it doesn't have to be repeated when we lose the time signal.

Fully Working

This release works just fine as previously but...

• A big bug got fixed - to stop chimes in the night!
• There's no random element to on/off times yet.
• There are no special chimes at, say, 4 pm for tea time.

Preserve this 'working' point as a pre release.

Working Version

Basic Working Version

• Start and connects to WiFi.
• Gets time from NTP server.
• Sets alarms for on and off periods.
• Sets alarms for hourly chimes.
• Sets alarms for 15, 30, 45 past chimes.

Seems stable enough. Wanted to version/tag this point so I can start playing with more complicated features like randomising the on/off times a little.
