Hey folks,

So I am working on getting this installed onto our new HPC headnode. While it builds and installs perfectly, it can't seem to locate either the system installed CFITSIO nor TEMPO2 (which is set with the environment variable $TEMPO2 and is in the path).

Any ideas on why this is and what flags I can pass the ./configure script to get it to find these correctly?

Warm Regards,
Joe G.

About a year later, I am still running into this issue. @SixByNine , have any ideas?

Just as a note, the ./configure script is also now unable to find libxml, likely because on Redhat libxml version 2 is called libxml2.
