Pathways to Employment : Understanding On-Campus Recruitment Dynamics

Overview

This project is about analyzing and visualizing the on-campus recruitment placements dataset to conclude regarding the requirements of a student to get placed and the effects of parameters like the degree chosen,degree percentage, work experience etc.

It also answers questions like -

1. Does the employability test conducted by the campus help the students in getting placed?
2. Which degree is much demanded by corporate?
3. Does the degree percentage matter for getting placed?
4. Does work experience matter for getting placed?...etc
