This is a team of the division Sol Data Management.
It seems that people have transitioned slowly from policing themselves to paying specialists to make and enforce laws, in order to increase the quality of legal services.
I encourage you to discuss benefits that you want from legal services.
For instance, they prevent imbalances and help people to agree.
1.1.1 We help people to find applicable provisions, understand them, and observe them.
1.1.2 You and I can work with political parties to change laws.
1.1.2.1 They could encourage citizens to help with law enforcement.
1.1.2.2 We can discuss how effective punishments have been.
1.1.2.2.1 The costs of imprisonment are so high!
1.1.2.2.2 I wouldn't say I'm fine with fines.
It seems more important to the person that has incurred a cost that the person who has caused that cost compensates them. Compensation seems a sufficient deterrent. Causing costs illegally can have such a poor benefit-cost ratio that one will be probable to prefer to cause costs legally.
1.2 We help people to not incur costs to which they haven't agreed legally and to be compensated when they've incurred such costs.
1.2.1 One should prevent anyone from inserting something into a person's body without this person's legal agreement.
1.2.1.1 We can prevent people from making sounds that you don't want to hear.
A human being has the right to live in a salutary sound environment.
1.3 We help people to know and exert their rights.
1.3.1 rights to (intellectual) property, e.g. those of this organisation
1.4 We help people to manage their relationships with public servants.
Costs
2.1 Do you feel inclined towards legal services being included in your taxes or towards privatising legal services?
2.1.1 A difference would be in payment: one can pay an insurance premium most of one's life or pay specialists when one needs them.
2.1.2 To the extent that legal professionals are private persons, one can choose them more effectively.
We have work for you the professionals who can help you the most.
We choose e.g. those with whom we can manage data better, more securely, and less costly.
