This is a service of the division Sol Relationship Management.
What are your views on relationships and relationship management?
We can say that we build social relationships with people, households, and teams. While some people and households provide some services, services are usually provided by teams as public or private legal entities.
Teams usually build relationships with households and with other teams. (One can see household members as a team.)
When we pay, we're called "customers". When we're paid, "providers".
While other Sol teams help people manage their relationships with their customers, Sol Provider Management helps them manage their relationships with their providers of services and products, whether these are internal (employees) or external (contractors). I'll focus on the external providers.
What do you want from your providers?
In many cases, people want to choose a provider of a new service or a new provider of a service they've used, or they want to check which provider would actually provide the highest benefit-cost ratio.
Some providers want their services audited in order to improve them e.g. in comparison with alternative services. We audit products, services, and businesses.
We help them to communicate e.g. when there is a challenge or they want better communication.
We make it easier to transact, e.g. easier to pay.
You can order just about any product.
We can deliver products to the places of your choice.
