I think we can use this DB to query for TF identiciation and genes interactions http://planttfdb.gao-lab.org

  • Get information if a gene name is a TF or not
  • get information of interaction between TF and genes (several options)

Could you give me more informations about this database? (RESTful API, params to query, etc)

I found another database cited in the paper DIANE > https://rice.connectf.org/
I need to compare both of them before
