Animation Ideas

Some ideas for what we can do with animations

• Solid color on all or some pixels (static display)
• Rainbow along the strip of pixels
• A solid color fading in and out at different rates
• "Cogs" or blocks of one color scrolling along the strip
• Rapid flashing with some random-ish delays to look like fireworks or something
  • Might look cool to accompany an action like a scissor lift rising
• Patterns that take advantage of where the LEDs are mounted, like a spiral of light around a cylinder
  • Need to map pixels so we turn them on only at certain times in the pattern
• Some type of feedback from a sensor, like a bar graph of LEDs that shows how far out a cube is from a harvester
