Configurable custom logic - ATTINY 1614

Hey Folks, Been stuck for few days on this and hoping someone in the community can help unstuck me.

Trying to learn about CCL and found this article https://hackaday.io/project/165881-attiny-1-series-with-arduino-support/log/171606-using-configurable-custom-logic-ccl-in-arduino-on-the-attiny1616. Tried to replicate this and can't get LED to blink the way shown in the article. Ensured clock is set to 20MHz(Tools > Clock > 20MHz Internal) and did a "Burn Bootloader" before uploading sketch.

Any help to get this working would be appreciated.
