According to #498,
license-report.mdis renamed todependencies.mdwithin this changeset.Additionally, the CI workflows are now configured to check than either
license-report.md(for non-migrated repos, which still use this file) ordependencies.mdis modified within the changeset.pullscript has been modified to killlicense-report.mdfile.configend-users will have to add a newly generateddependencies.mdto Git themselves.
