The app will factor the users heart rate and heart rate variability to give an accurate representation of the users vitality throughout day-to-day usage. The app is intiutively designed to keep an eye on your health and easily viewing health metrics without use of an iPhone. Metrics include resting + active calories, daily steps taken, and more. When selected to a jog, bike, hike, or walk activity the user will see their distance traveled. After ending the workouts users will see a summary screen with important information, trends about their data, and advice to continue towards a healthier lifestyle.
