Upgrading to v3.2

If you are upgrading from v3.1.8 or less to v3.2 or greater, please note the following:

1. Back up your wallet!
2. If you fell off the main chain (see http://stealthmonitor.org), you are going to need to bootstrap, which is going to take about 2 days.
3. Read both pages on "Daemon Deployment" and "Bootstrapping the Client" before you begin. Links are below.
4. You should delete peers.dat no matter what.
5. The new codebase provides several Tor v3 seed nodes and IPv4 seed nodes are obtained by DNS. You shouldn't need to specify addnodes in your StealthCoin.conf file.
6. It is highly recommended to run under Tor exclusively. Tor v3 provides exceptional connectivity. To this end, simply remove any onlynet designations in your StealthCoin.conf file.
7. The update has been well tested on many different platforms. However, if you have any problems, please reach out in Discord and we can provide help.
