Could I catch invalid reference in the validated document if schema compliant otherwise

Hi,

I'm trying to achieve validating a document against the OpenAPI spec plus validating for internal coherence. I want to avoid accepting documents that have a internal$ref that is not defined in the same document.

e.g. the following should fail
