Recontrolled Rust-rewrite

Hello, after a long time we continue with recontrolled!
Recontrolled has been rewritten in another language, Rust!
A lot of old bugs have been fixed and the performance has also been improved (don't ask what could be improved, there was a lot that could be done better)

We have also added a few new features, such as custom timing for the blink modes.
In the future there may be a kind of timer to set the LEDs to go out automatically at a certain time. We may also release a library for recontrolled to use the LED on/off and blink functionality in your own program.
