reads the garbage drop patterns for each of the 11 characters in Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo

compile with "gcc droptool.c"

place the file 'pzfe.03' in the same directory as the executable

outputs to terminal using ANSI colors

executable only tested on windows but should work in linux and macos
