url issue

Hi

I would like to know is there a way for the output from right-clicking a file such as a pdf and click get info

there is a link option that gives the current admin-url/path/file.pdf

I have a site ran locally on a server and I use one link to upload files and other as a user front so that my files are not accessible to others on the internet

could I change the value from the output from admin-url/path/file.pdf to url/path/file.pdf
