Issue: #22
This PR modifies cards on the home page. Adds the show more functionality for tags, as well as caps the number of cards shown at 9, with a "show all" button added for when there are more than 9.
Also adjusts styles, margins, padding, and backgrounds for the rest of the main layout for clarity.
Edit: This PR will not address additional styling changes around colors and logos.
