Get feedback from the decisionmaker

When the draft interview is done and has gone through preliminary feedback and revision, it is time to give it to the decisionmaker and stakeholders for their feedback.

Checklist

• Install a working version of the interview on the development server
• Run through the interview to make sure it is working as expected
• Send the interview to the decisionmaker. In your message:

• Include a link to the interview
• Ask them to thoroughly explore the interview to make sure everything works as intended
• Highlight any interview logic they might not discover on their own
• Ask them to deliver their feedback within 10 days (ideally organized in a document)

• If any of the feedback is unclear, schedule a video meeting with the decisionmaker so you can ask questions, resolve conflicting feedback, clarify scope, etc.
• Create a new issue for each task, bug, problem, or other issue, including a summary of the feedback/reason for the issue
