What do NAs in the p-value output indicate?

Hi,

Thank you very much for developing this tool. I tried this method on my own dataset and found the output of pval_ideas contains NAs for a lot of the genes. I'm wondering what these NAs indicate since I see a subset of DE genes that were tested pretty significant from the regular single-cell DE analysis also got NAs. Thank you!
