[Update] Duplicate Dat files

Hello all,

Issue #6 involves some duplicate dat files that were placed on the mirror.
The files were downloaded from La Trobe's servers and had uppercase suffixes rather than lower case suffixes to the radar identifier.
On the mirror, there were already lower case versions of the files.

An example: 2006061700ra.dat.bz2 was already on the mirror, but the file 2006061700rA.dat.bz2 was downloaded and placed on the mirror because it did not match
the file name.

These 592 files were identified and removed today, and are now blacklisted. I've attached the list of files removed.
