SLSP Rapido Cloud App

Currently in Beta status

A CloudApp to retrieve user information across IZs when doing Rapido requests.
This CloudApp uses the Rapido Backend to retrieve information.

Usage

Preview

Retrieve user information

Enter the external ID of a request in the input field and click Enter / on the magnifying glass button.
If the request is found, the user information is displayed.

If the external IZ could not be determined by the external ID automatically, please provide the IZ in the dropdown menu manually.

Issues and defects

Please use the GitHub "Issues" of this repository to report any defects. We will have a look into it as soon as possible.
