Alternatively You can download a whole repository (or clone it) and unpack a file
In Blender's top menu click Edit and then Preferences
or click F4 and then Preferences
On the menu on the left click Themes and then Install
Find unpacked file, select it (multi select with shift) and click Install Theme
Choose installed theme from a list
