Additions

• The ability to change Bf. Create a file called 'chars.txt' in your song's chart folder with a list of characters names to use.
• Mod menu splashes
• Added a preloader

Austin Json

• Added the ability to change the rating text
• Removed "gfEnabled" since you can disable gf with your stages.
• Add "preloader" to the json. Disabling this disables the preloader and loads the game faster.

Lua

• Added variables averageMs and noteMs.

noteMs updates when bf hits a note.
