Referencing char/object names directly went sending messages to players doesn't take visibility into account. It also doesn't allow BaseMUD to easily display alternate names for chars/objects that should be disguised (e.g, showing "A swashbuckler is here." instead of "Blake is here."). We should use act() for all names.
