Finish style guide in STYLE.md

The coding style in STYLE.md should be reviewed and thoroughly completed. There should also be a section on how strict code in a pull request needs to be to be accepted (some rules are hard, like casing and naming conventions, but some formatting that a linter might change aren't a big deal)
