Add loading state when balances are loading for wallets in Wallet selection screen #88

Loading

Right now, the steps are:

Load addresses, display them.
For every addresses, load their balances
Display balances

The user has no idea balances are loading until they show up. Maybe we should add little spinners or something similar.
