[Feature Request] Password generate button

Hello, for convenience and security reasons, it would be nice if the "Reset Password" and "Create new User" screens contained a "Generate" button that would pre-fill a random strong password, e.g., 32 alphanumerical characters.

I think that this would be a nice improvement and easily implementable, as we should be able to reuse the password generation method from the report publishing site.
In the course of this, we might also want to use that functionality for the sharing link generation.
