Power Automate - Excel Update a Row connector returning error

Hello,
for last 2 days I am having a issue with Excel Update a row connector in Power Automate. Everything is Ok until I want to turn the Flow on. It returns with this error everytime.

But when I open the flow and save it. The error disappeared and I can turn the flow on. But there is an Unmanaged Layer. I've checked the code and compared the .json codes. They are the same.

I am using Environment Variable as a file selector but that's working just fine.

RESOLVED
There was missing definitions of Enivronment variable in the flow JSON definition. The only thing we don't want in the JSON with Environment Variable is the value of it. Because the value is environment specific.
