To help development and ensure reproducilibity.

The main problem is the privacy of the UKB data.

--> Need to generate some fake dataset, this requires to be able to write BGEN file, I am not sure how to do it at the moment but have asked here.

Required files:

1-22 .bgen files
qc file
traits file
ld_blocks

Todo:

Write actual tests...
With simulation data to check the output (TP, TN, FP, FN)
Try to add them to github actions
