2.1.3: Update to header block.

This release brings minor changes and upgrades to solve reported issues and discussions. Some notable changes are :

• On the Arabic version of a website, the header navigation would tend to have misaligned items due to the length of words. Certain changes have been made to adjust font size, padding and as a last resort - when items on the main navigation are 7, the home link changes to the icon only for tablets only.
• The UAE emblem has changed. This has been added to the design system and certain changes to width, height and position have been made to accommodate this change.

Stable release of @aegov/design-system 2.0

The design system stable release for version 2.0 is ready for production. Here are the key highlights:

• Base CSS that is applicable to normalise HTML elements
• Colour system is bundled
• 24 components have been included
• 10 blocks have been added.
• 8 elemental dependencies on JavaScript
• All components have been tested on 4 browsers on desktop and 2 browsers on mobile
• Release notes have been updated
