docs(genesis): fix commands in /r/demo/boards:testboard/5 (gnolang#2188)

This fixes gnolang#2183 by s/--broadcast true/--broadcast=true/g.
-broadcast is arguably better than -broadcast=true, but this makes the
PR more readable (easier diff).

A separate PR will propose to have --XX replaced by -XX in the 
commands of this old board post (to be more in line with the doc).
