Add mra::Tensor
TensorSlice can be used without the underlying Tensor and only stores a pointer plus the modified Slice information. It can thus be easily copied between memory spaces, provided that the TensorSlice was created from a TensorView on the right memory space. This needs to be carefully investigated: when moving a Tensor into another Tensor the underlying Buffer does not register its data properly because the buffer thinks it's already been moved. Had to copy a bunch of headers to remove the SimpleTensor/FixedTensor and adjust for potential compilation in CUDA context. Does not yet compile because we cannot co_await from within a function that is not a coroutine. Need to come up with a way to switch between coroutines inside a task.
