I have a know a lot a technologies which you can check on my profile. But I think jus HTML, JS and Taialwind css would do the trick.
I was thinking of a design similar to this: https://www.grammarly.com/
But if you have a design in mind share it.
A am very quick so I can finish within 1-3 days.
All i need from you is approval and the content that you want on the website.
