Rather than storing in static local files like:

torch_hub/src/torch/prefect_flows/tasks/ocr.py

Line 9 in 1836c11

from .aws_secrets import aws_access_key_id, aws_secret_access_key

we should look into storing secrets in Prefect Blocks (https://docs.prefect.io/concepts/blocks/).
