What Data does it Store -

Data collected by command -

• The following items may be collected and stored when intentionally provided by a user (usually by means of a command or adding the bot to the server).

1. Server configurations for utility commands such as Server Icon, Server Membercount, Custom Server Prefixes, etc.
2. Data and content for like afk command.
3. Message Archive for deleted messages, Edited messages are logged in log channel of server (if enabled). NOTE - When the bot is removed form the server it does not delete the id's.

Data collected automatically -

• This data is used to provide statistics or history data. For any bots that collect this data, it is necessary for features of said bot.

1. Current usernames, discrim tag, etc for userinfo command.
2. Data needed for standard operation of Discord bots, such as server permissions (this data is stored in cache only)

Who can access the data?

1. Following people can access ALL of the data:

• Bot developer(s)

2. Following people can access tempmute:

• Server Admin(s)

3. Following people can access reports:

• Bot developer(s)

Data Security -

1. We do not use anyone personal data for ourselves.
2. We do not share your data with 3rd party applications and services.
3. We do not store anyone's data without permissions.

How is data stored -

• Data is stored in secure databases used by the bot. However Please keep in mind that even with these protections, no data will ever be 100% secure. All efforts & measures taken to keep your data secure and personal, however it's absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Opting out -

• User can opt out if they don't want their messages logged (bot will blacklist logging for user and will not log any data of user). This can be done by removing the bot from the server. (More info will be added soon.)

How can I get rid of the data stored?

1. To clear your tempmute do one of the following:

• Ask server mod(s) to remove your tempmute

2. You may choose to opt out of message logging feature.

• You can opt out for message logging feature by contacting our admins on our support server, They will blacklist you for message logging(Your message wouldn't be logged)

How can we delete our entire data?

- Simply join our support server and ask Developer Team to delete your entire data, They will delete your entire data without asking any question.

I'm questioning why do you need all this data, and this Privacy Policy doesn't answer my question. What should I do?
