2019 Comp robot

2019 FRC season robot code.

Includes intake, lift, climber, hatch, spitter, vision and unit tests.

Major functionality is controlled by sequences run by a controller.

This code has been revised since the 2019 season completed.

This repo also includes an modified snapshot of the strongback library. See https://github.com/strongback/ for more information about strongback.
