The DeliverEase team takes all security vulnerabilities seriously and we appreciate your efforts for improving the security of our software.

We request you to include following details to help us better understand the nature and scope of the possible issue:

• Type of vulnerability
• Location of the file(s) which are causing the issue
• Instructions to reproduce the issue
• Screenshots or logs showing the exploitation of the vulnerability

Within 48 hours, we'll acknowledge your email and deliver you a thorough answer outlining how your report will be handled.

If the issue has been confirmed, It will be assigned to handler immediately and our staff will take the time to appreciate you for making a responsible vulnerability disclosure once the patch has been developed. The designated person can approach you again to ask for clarification or advice. However, if we find that the issue does not exist, we will disregard your claim and notify you right away.
