An offset check chart on the offset adjust screen

Heck i'd even be willing to do the chart, since the regular offset adjustment doesnt work (just like on the official client)

By example chart i was thinking of a mix between paradigm:reboot offset setup (3D) and cytus 2 example chart
So a short easy-ish chart with an accuracy monitor at the middle of it
I can help with charting but not much else as its outside my scope
