When releasing an update, there are usually some files deleted. There is also a large amount of information stored outside the Mods directory. When an update is released, some files are left over in the other directories (for example the Flan dir for Flans Mod, which searches the folder for all content). I would like to either choose which directories are wiped with each update, or have some other method for making sure these directories are wiped. (This going for both regular releases and TechnicSolder releases)
