Should a new version be released? To clarify, updating the bundled Fabric API modules fixes a crash in version 9.0.0 alpha 1 on launch, though this issue can be circumvented without a new release if the end user installs a newer version of Fabric API on their own. |

This pull request updates the mod to Minecraft snapshot 23w44a by using a newer bundled Fabric API dependency, although no breakage in Mod Menu itself occurred. This pull request also refactors certain usages of
Fileto usePathinstead, mirroring similar refactors in vanilla.
