TODO: 0.5.3 Item Restoration (And More) #1471
Comments
We can also find hints of the original versions of 0.5.3 items in things like spells. A good example of this would be Schematic: Shadow Goggles, which was originally named "Plans: Shadow Goggles" according to this period source. Not only that, but the name of the recipe's spell is also named Plans: Shadow Goggles. Because of this, I think it's wise to change the names of recipes to the names of the spells they cast, as is the case here. By these rules, the following changes should be made:

To add to this, Swashbuckler's Shirt tells us two things: Because there's no Plans spell for it means it wasn't learned from a recipe, and in 0.5.3 the item it crafts, Black Swashbuckler's Shirt, was named Swashbuckler's Shirt. Not only that, but the displayID of Black Swashbuckler's Shirt doesn't exist in 0.5.3, meaning that the displayID was of a white swashbuckler shirt. Given the reagents, it was probably taught at 185 tailoring like Rich Purple Silk Shirt, another silk-made item with a similar amount of material cost. It was either taught by Tailoring Trainers or by Narkk, who sells the Black Swashbuckler Shirt's pattern on-release and currently serves no purpose (we have a period example of an NPC training only one item, that being Ruppo Zipcoil, so it isn't out of the question.) As for the displayID, it should be 7847 as not only is it a swashbuckler shirt, but it's also close to the other high-level shirt displayIDs.

We have many screenshots dating back to the Undead Push, which was the only time outside of E3 where 0.5.3 could be played, as well as photos taken of the game at E3. I noticed that many of the items mentioned or seen in these screenshots are either not present in or contradict what we currently have in our database, which warrants the need for changes.
