Query about reading sdf giving warnings

Hello OpenRoad Team,
Actually I am trying load the Nangate45 design which was completed running in Innovus and I am extracting verilog,def,sdf from Innovus and trying loading the design using the commands
read_lef NangateOpenCellLibrary.tech.lef
read_lef NangateOpenCellLibrary.macro.mod.lef
read_def -continue_on_errors route_opt.def
read_liberty NangateOpenCellLibrary_typical.lib
read_sdc constraint.sdc
read_sdf route_opt.sdf

while reading def and sdf i am getting errors and warnings which are like in log file which will be attached down
design.log

once see and report me as early as possible.

Without a complete test case it is hard to say much. For

[WARNING STA-0186] route_opt.sdf line 2454, pin RC_CG_HIER_INST0/RC_CGIC_INST_clone_clone/E not found.

what do you see in the DEF and SDF?

In SDC there is no information about RC_CG_HIER_INST0/RC_CGIC_INST_clone_clone/E but verilog,DEF,SDF contains informaytion

I am reading SDF beacuse I want to meet exact WNS and TNS as it is in Innovus but therese are errors I am getting as above log file.
Is there commands to highlight timing paths instead of going to GUI and selecting Timing Report
