Only update if you're running DiscordSRV 1.19.0!!

• You can now display the players skin when requesting ban info (controlled by config)
• The ban info displayed before confirming an unban will now be removed once it's confirmed
• Changes to reloading. Everything in the config should now be properly reloaded when typing /discordsrv reload
