Hidden Lives with Quick Death Version 1.0.0

This patch hides lives from the player and makes death quicker.

• Removes the x lives_count on the status bar.
• Removes lives decrementing.
• Remove the ability to game over.
• Reduces the time until screen fade upon death.
• Remove check that player is off screen to fade screen during death.
